Our Return Policy

At Snow Point Collectibles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return policy on most items, provided they meet our return conditions.

Eligible for Return

  • ✓Unopened sealed products (booster boxes, ETBs, etc.)
  • ✓Items received in incorrect condition
  • ✓Damaged items received (with photo evidence)
  • ✓Wrong item shipped to you
  • ✓Accessories in original packaging

Not Eligible for Return

  • ✗Opened booster packs or sealed products
  • ✗Individual cards (singles) once shipped
  • ✗Graded cards (PSA, CGC, etc.)
  • ✗Items returned after 14 days
  • ✗Items without original packaging/seals

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Store credit is also available upon request.

Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Item: We cover return shipping costs

Change of Mind: Customer responsible for return shipping costs

Important Notes

  • ⚠All returns must be authorized before shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • ⚠Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original packaging.
  • ⚠Please use tracked shipping when returning items. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • ⚠Partial refunds may be given for items returned in less than perfect condition.
